**UPDATE February 14, 2022 - The CSC is following Prince Albert pandemic policies, meaning masks are no longer mandatory, and are now optional. Proof of vaccination are no longer required as well
CSC's new improvements for managing the pandemic:
main door and front desk
- The Centre's front door will remain locked at all times, with an intercom near it
- Please ring the bell and after reception has answered, they will ask for your name and who you are meeting with
- We ask that you please sanitize upon entering the Centre
- Our waiting room has Plexiglas barriers between the seats for your health safety
- The reception desk also has a Plexiglass screen, please allow a safe distance away
- Please do not touch the screen, or the work space
counsellor appointments
- Each office has been fitted with a Plexiglas screen
- Your counsellor will sanitize the seats after each appointment
- Appointments are limited to a maximum of one hour
budget counselling
- A ticket window has been installed for the Budget Counsellor's office, for easy access
- If you are needing a private meeting, let your Budget Counsellor know through the window
Access transit and Seniors Transportation
- Buses and vehicles will be sanitized throughout the day
- Access transit will return to full passenger bookings
- Seniors will continue to ride in the backseat of vehicles
