Empowering People.
Connecting Communities.

Founded in 1968.
PACSC began as a local branch of municipal social services, created to support people facing barriers in housing, income, and employment. Over time, we evolved from a city-run operation into a deeply community-rooted organization focused on vocational training, job readiness, and safe, inclusive mobility.
In the 1980s, we expanded to provide supported transportation, particularly for seniors and those using mobility aids. By listening to community needs, we’ve grown into a vital hub for employment services, helping over 540 individuals and 25–30 employers each year.We also provide more than 30,000 rides annually, including 6,000 trips for seniors through our dedicated transportation services.

Empowering People. Connecting Communities.
At the Prince Albert Community Service Centre (PACSC), we believe in meeting people where they’re at—whether they need employment support, safe transportation, or a way to give back through community giving. For over 56 years, we’ve been helping individuals live more independent, connected lives in Prince Albert and surrounding communities.
