Spring and Summer Jobs

Many businesses in the Prince Albert area hire extra staff for Spring and Summer.  Anyone looking for a job should consider seasonal employment as a step towards full time work. When talking to some local employers they tell me that seasonal employment is often used to train new staff and see who would be a good fit for the future.  What do they want?
1. Who comes in on time every day.
2. Who doesn't miss a shift.
3. Who can listen well and do what they are asked to do.
4. Who shows that they they can be a good fit in the business.
