Employment, Work, Job...?

In Canada, at any given time there are huge numbers of people looking for work or a change in their work.  In Prince Albert it is no different.  Businesses can get hundreds of applications for positions.  What can you do to  stand out from the crowd to get noticed?  I have to say there are many things you can do to get noticed.  They differ based on your skill set, strengths and background.
